8x is building the infrastructure for human orchestration — AI coordinating thousands of humans for outcomes no single team can deliver. Our bet on the future of work: as AI keeps automating parts of every workflow, the gaps that remain still need humans, and someone has to source, brief, evaluate, and pay them at scale.

We started in UGC because it's the cleanest test of acquisition. Brands need 1,000+ posts a month, posted by humans on fresh accounts, and almost nobody can do it. So we built the pipeline: 100+ humans coordinated for one brand, posting every day, with AI running matching, briefing, QA, and multi-currency payouts.

What I built

The full platform — Next.js, Supabase. Sourcing, onboarding, matching, briefing, QA, daily posting cadence, multi-currency payouts across 30+ countries, brand dashboards, internal AI tooling. Vertical-agnostic by design — UGC today, anything next.

The insight
